2025 Vaughn PTA Auction

A HUGE THANK YOU to all of our families that donated to theme baskets, our community businesses, families and representatives that donated products or services, and our teachers and Staff at Vaughn who are offering their personal time for memorable and fun experiences to help raise money for the programs, services and events the PTA provides to the students at our school.  

While you enjoy the carnival on Friday evening take some time to browse the Silent Auction display and ask any questions.  The auction will not close during the carnival, so please enjoy the carnival but plan to finish your bidding before NOON on SATURDAY (March 29th).  Once the auction closes you are out of time and the highest bidder at that moment wins!  The auction does have sniping protection setup so if someone tries to sneak in to outbid at the last minute, others will have 1 minute to counter the bid for that item; the protection continues until the bid has not been countered for 1 minute, so think fast and don't give up - the protection only grants 1 minute of grace period for others to counter. 

We also have a raffle for front row seats to any grade level performance of your choice.  There will be 30 winning tickets drawn.  Tickets are only $1 each.  You can buy as many as you want and you can win multiple times.  THE RAFFLE IS ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL 8PM ON FRIDAY MARCH 28.  Access https://vaughnelemfriscotx-raffle.auctions.thedoodleproject.org/ to buy raffle tickets.  These need to paid for at the time of purchase.

1. Raffle tickets purchased here.  Must be paid for at purchase.  Raffle ends Friday @ 8pm
2. Auction items found here.  Must be paid for after the auction closes.  Auction ends Saturday @ 12pm

After the auction closes check your email for an invoice and payment instructions.  The PTA can accept check if you prefer, or you can pay with a credit card on the auction site.  If you win any tangible items the PTA will communicate on Sunday or Monday with instructions of how to receive your item(s).  If you won an experience with a Vaughn teacher or staff member your name will be given to the administration and you'll be coordinating with them from that point forward.  

Thank you for supporting our event and good luck on your favorite items.  Even if you don't win the item you want we hope you will please shop with our donors and thank them for their support!
